Sharpen Your Game with Monday Night Skills
Monday Night Skills (MNS) is GSSA’s free weekly development program for players looking to get extra touches on the ball and sharpen their abilities in a fun, no-pressure setting. Presented in partnership with our local club soccer affiliate, MNS is open to all registered GSSA players and focuses on individual ball control, footwork, and small-group training.
These sessions are a great supplement to your regular team practices and are led by experienced coaches who make learning fun and exciting for every age and skill level.
Player Eligibility & Equipment
Arrive on Time
Players should arrive 10 to 15 minutes before their scheduled session to allow time for check-in, warm-up, and organization into appropriate training groups.
Bring the Right Gear
Each player should come with a fully inflated size-appropriate soccer ball, shin guards, and a water bottle. Cleats are recommended for safety and performance, especially on grass fields.
Wear Your Team Jersey
All players should wear their GSSA game jersey to Monday Night Skills. This helps coaches easily identify teams and group players by age and ability during drills and games.
