Team Assignments & Coach Contact
When Will I Hear From a Coach?
Teams are formed in the two weeks after registration closes. Players are placed based on our official Team Formation Policy.
Here’s what to expect:
Buddy requests are considered but not guaranteed
Coaches receive their team rosters in early August (fall) or early February (spring)
You’ll hear from your assigned coach within two weeks of that date
If you haven’t heard from a coach by then, reach out to the GSSA office for assistance.
Payment & Fee Requirements
Team Placement Requires Full Payment
All registration fees are due at the time of sign-up. Players will not be assigned to a team until payment is complete and processed.
Visit your player account to confirm that payment has been successfully submitted.
Coaching Registration
Coaches Must Register Annually
If you’re planning to be a head coach or assistant, you’ll need to register annually beginning June 1. Registrations expire May 31 of each year and include:

Refund requests must follow the process outlined in our registration policy.
