Grapevine-Southlake Soccer Association (GSSA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that thrives because of the passion and dedication of volunteers. From parents to professionals, our volunteers help deliver an exceptional soccer experience to players of all ages and skill levels.
Your time with GSSA can also count toward school service hours, corporate volunteer credit programs, or community engagement requirements. No soccer experience needed—just a willingness to help and a love for the game.

Board of Directors
GSSA is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors—volunteers who help shape the policies, programs, and direction of the association. Their role includes organizing league operations, ensuring compliance with NTSSA standards, overseeing tournaments and events, and maintaining a high-quality soccer experience for all families.
What does the Board of Directors do?
The GSSA Board of Directors is responsible of the overall operations of Grapevine-Southlake Soccer Association in accordance with GSSA bylaws. Board members are 100% volunteer (non-paid) positions.

How do I get involved?
Nominations are due by the April board meeting which occurs on the first Monday of the month. Elections are held at the May Board meeting. One member from each participating team in GSSA can send a representative to vote for their choice of nominees.
When & where are the meetings held?
GSSA Board meetings are held the second Monday of the month at 7 p.m. When there is a holiday on the second Monday, the meeting is usually moved to the following Monday.
Most GSSA Board meetings are open to the public and are held at the Grapevine REC. June and December meetings are closed to the public.
