About the Tournament
Welcome to the annual SoccerFest tournament as relaunched in 2025. SoccerFest is hosted by the Grapevine-Southlake Soccer Association in conjunction with the Main Street Fest in Grapevine each May.
SoccerFest is a sanctioned tournament limited to recreational teams with players registered for the current spring season with North Texas State Soccer or US Youth Soccer Association. Participation is open to age groups U4 – U19, with U4 – U6 playing friendly, non-scored games, U7 – U8 playing divisional group play, and U9 – U19 playing divisional group play with a championship game. Matches are played on the Oak Grove, Meadowmere and Bob Jones fields.
Weather permitting, all teams are guaranteed three games.

Zero Tolerance Form – one per team
Guest Player Release Form – if applicable; one per guest player (3 max)

Online-Check-In
What is online check-in? Online check-in is ONLY uploading required rosters and forms (official roster, zero tolerance; guest player forms and player cards if applicable). Check-in DOES NOT INCLUDE adding guest players to rosters, only uploading the forms. Review/approval of documents and assisting with adding guest players will take place between TBD. Approved rosters (including approved guest players) will be posted to accounts by TBD.
