Since moving to Grapevine in 2004, Justin has been active in the local soccer community and began coaching youth soccer in 2010. While he continues to participate in adult league play, he currently coaches two teams in the GSSA recreational program as well as various indoor leagues around the area.
Justin joined the board in 2017 and is looking forward to supporting youth soccer on a larger scale. He also holds a NSCAA Level IV certification.

Nirav has been coaching youth soccer since 2010 when his son Shreyas was 3 years old. He joined the board in 2014 and is eager to contribute. He has a USC Level 2, 7v7, USSF E coaching certifications. His playing experience includes playing club soccer through high school, playing University of Texas club soccer, and also playing Div III NCAA soccer at University at Texas at Dallas. Nirav also holds a Community Outreach soccer camp in Grapevine every spring. Nirav is committed to making soccer a productive, beneficial, and lifetime passion experience for all kids in the Grapevine/Southlake area!

Mitch Wegner Treasurer; Past President
Mitch is from Southlake and previously served as GSSA's U7/U8 Commissioner. He has three kids who have all been involved with soccer and started out in the GSSA Program, two who have gone select and has coached his daughter’s team for 8 seasons ending with a run at the Tournament of Champions. Mitch is also a Grade 8 Referee. |

Ellen Weaver

Ellen is not a soccer player, but she was introduced to the sport by her husband, Zachary Weaver, who has played and loved soccer all his life (including time spent assisting with the coaching of his daughters' GSSA teams, playing in the GSSA adult league, and serving on the GSSA Board from 2015-2023). Ellen joined GSSA as an administrator in 2017 and wears many hats for the league including league registrar and GotSport system expert. She strives to make the GSSA experience a positive one for all players and families.
